ERA Advantage Realty Professional Receives Buyer Representation Accreditation

NJ - Spring 2007: Local real estate professional Anjani “Anjie”
Kumar of ERA Advantage Realty in Bordentown has received accreditation as a
homebuyer representative from the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council.
To
earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, Kumar completed
an extensive training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, passed
a written examination and demonstrated practical experience as a buyer
representative. To maintain her accreditation, she must be a member in good
standing on the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council and the National Association
of RealtorsÒ.

must have the tools and training to assist each homebuyer in meeting their
specific needs," noted Kumar. "Homebuyer's accreditation is an
